John has been an investment advisor and real estate lender for many years. Realizing that the quality of homes he was investing in was important to him, is what led John to found Green Building Construction. After searching for the best builders in the this area, John found the best people in the business and began Green Building.

The driving force behind Green Building Construction is quality, luxury, and comfort and this is what has made Green Building Construction one of the best builders in the Treasure Valley.

Deric received his Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Louisiana State University in 1996 and obtained his Professional Engineering License in 2001. Mr. Murphy has more than seventeen (17) years experience as a Design and Consulting Engineer.

His experience includes design, supervision and general coordination of sub-consultants for various civil and municipal projects as well as the preparation of detailed construction plans, reports, technical specifications, contract documents, bid packages,cost estimates, hydraulic calculations and field studies.

The types of projects he has been associated with include commercial and retail facilities, newsewer systems, highways, drainage and storm water improvements, water supply systems, pump station design, residential subdivisions and construction phasing plans.

Before joining Green Building Construction, Jacob built a successful career leading architectural, engineering, and construction projects across residential and commercial developments. His passion for innovative design, quality craftsmanship, and client satisfaction naturally led him to Green Building Construction, where he oversees projects from initial planning through final completion.

Jacob believes that every successful project begins with clear communication, thoughtful planning, and strong collaboration. He enjoys working closely with homeowners, developers, and contractors to ensure each project reflects the client's vision while meeting the highest standards of quality, functionality, and efficiency.

Outside of work, Jacob enjoys spending time with his family, exploring new construction technologies, and staying involved in the latest trends in sustainable building and modern design.

Andrew joined Green Building Construction as our dedicated in-house real estate agent, specializing in guiding clients through the process of building their dream home. With years of experience in the real estate market, she brings unmatched expertise and insight into each client's unique needs. Andrew's commitment to personalized service ensures a seamless and exceptional building experience. From the initial consultation to the final handover, she provides tailored guiJamesce, making the journey to owning an Green Building Construction home enjoyable and effortless. Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with her family, who loves the outdoors and playing sports.

Simon graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Finance.

He has worked in the finance field the last four years, including creating budgets, managing large investments or creating financial statements.

Simon has always been interested in the real estate world and enjoys working at Green Building Construction.

She creates elegant, sophisticated, and innovative architectural and interior designs that are both functional and visually striking.
